Registration, accessibility and parking

Registration
The registration desk opens at 08.30h. Please bring a copy of your voucher as a confirmation of your subscription.

At the registration desk you will receive your badge. If you have registered for the conference evening programme at December 10th, you will receive additional information by picking up your badge. The dinner and VR-experience will take place at the room TransitZone (exhibition floor) at SuperNova Jaarbeurs Utrecht. We will start at 18:30h and the dinner and game ends at 22:00h.

Venue – Accessibility, route and public transport tickets

Train/Bus
Jaarbeurs is right next to Utrecht Central Station and can therefore be perfectly reached by train. From Central Station follow the signs ‘Jaarbeursplein’ and you will be in the beatrix building or the Jaarbeurs hall complex within a few minutes. It’s possible to plan your journey at 9292.nl. On the NS website you can directly buy a train ticket in the form of an e-ticket, click here.

The bus station is located next to Central Station. Continuous buses stop there. From the station you can reach the Beatrix building or the Jaarbeurs hall complex within a few minutes. See 9292.nl for detailed travel information by public transport.

Car/ Parking
Jaarbeurs has more than 4,300 parking spaces spread over P1 to P4 that are open 24/7. Upon entering, you will receive a parking ticket. This allows you to pay on departure at the parking machines on site.

Parking and navigating
If you come by car, follow the blue ANWB signs with ‘Jaarbeurs’ from the Utrecht ring road. View the map to judge which parking area is best for parking.
