The international MicroNanoConference 2020 will be organized online in a virtual platform hosted by iChair. All keynote talks, abstract and exhibitor pitches and the exhibitor booths are part of this online platform.

First log-in

Once you have registered for the iMNC2020 you will receive an email with a link to log onto the iChair system for the first time and enter iMNC2020. This is not the registration link, this is the iChair confernence link: https://imnc2020.ichair.org/checkin

After your first log-in the system will prompt a window to create a password for future log-ins. You will go through a short tour to see all features of the system. Next, you will be prompted to check your profile page and add tags to your profile for matchmaking.

In the main event paga, you will see when the next pre-event is organized and for iMNC2020 on December 3 and 4, we will be showing the program with the tracks.

You can log in, read about the conference and ‘favorite’ sessions you don’t want to miss. The exhibitor booths and submitted abstracts will be available on December 3 and 4, 2020.

Tags for matchmaking

During the pre-events and the iMNC2020 conference, you can use the matchmaking system to see the profiles of other attendees.To be more visible and to join the matchmaking, pleas select the tags that fit you best on your profile page. We have tags for what you have to offer and tags for what you are looking for.

Recording of sessions iMNC2020

During iMNC2020 it is possible to view recordings of all 5 pre-events. After iMNC2020 it is also possible to view the keynote talks in the main tracks. All sessions will be recorded and by participating you agree to this recording.

Participating in an online session

The iMNC2020 team asks that when you enter a session, you first mute your microphone and enter without video. This way, there are no interruptions from attendees. In each session 2 moderators are present to help with technical difficulties.

Browser for iChair

The iChair platform should function in all main webbrowsers, but the Chrome browser is preferred. If you have technical difficulties logging in or viewing a session, please try using the Chrome browser first.
